We talk about my 8 mile lone charity marathon swim, Kamanawana Marathon Swim from Maui to Lanai for SAGE (Services and Advocacy for Gay, Lesbian, Bisexual and Transgender Elders). Steve and I speak about shifting the focus away from a youth centered society to the needs of the elderly and how we all need to act like a community and help each other out when we most need it.
